Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

AIM Program (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by DUBSARS S. de R.L. de C.V., a company registered in Mexico. Our platform is accessible at dotai-edu.com. Contact: vamsy@qbridge.ai

2. Data We Collect

  • Account information: email address, full name, role, sub-cohort assignment.
  • Usage data: session attendance, platform activity, capstone submissions.
  • Technical data: IP address (hashed), browser type, access timestamps.
  • Communications: messages sent through in-platform coaching and chat features.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Delivering the AIM Program curriculum and live sessions.
  • Tracking attendance and issuing certificates of completion.
  • Communicating program updates, announcements, and schedules.
  • Improving platform features and learning outcomes.
  • Complying with applicable Mexican law (LFPDPPP).

4. Legal Basis (LFPDPPP)

We process your personal data under your explicit consent provided at enrollment, and as necessary to fulfill the educational services contract. You have ARCO rights: Acceso, Rectificación, Cancelación y Oposición. To exercise these rights, contact us at vamsy@qbridge.ai or use the ARCO request form.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Supabase (database & auth) — servers in the US.
  • Vercel (hosting) — servers in the US.
  • LiveKit (video infrastructure) — for live session delivery.
  • Anthropic / Google / xAI — AI model providers for in-platform AI features.

All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of the program plus 2 years, or until you request deletion. Attendance and certificate records may be retained longer for accreditation purposes.

7. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Authentication is passwordless (magic link). We conduct regular security reviews and follow OWASP guidelines.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
