Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing the AIM Program platform at dotai-edu.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your participation in the AIM Program (AI Mastering Program), Cohort 01, operated by DUBSARS S. de R.L. de C.V.

2. Program Eligibility

Access is granted only to individuals who have received an official invitation. Sharing your access credentials or invitation link is prohibited. Enrollment is non-transferable.

3. Participant Obligations

• Maintain a minimum of 80% attendance to qualify for the AIM Certificate of Completion.
• Submit a capstone project by the designated deadline (July 2026).
• Respect all participants, instructors, and staff during live sessions and in the community.
• Use AI tools provided through the platform for educational purposes only.
• Not record, reproduce, or redistribute session content without written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, session recordings, and platform content are the exclusive property of DUBSARS S. de R.L. de C.V. Participants retain ownership of their own capstone projects and work products created during the program.

5. AI Tools & Licenses

Access to AI tools (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini, n8n, and others) is provided for the duration of the program. These licenses are for educational use only and must not be used for commercial projects, data scraping, or any activity violating the respective providers' terms of service.

6. Certificate of Completion

The AIM Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants who:

• Achieve ≥ 80% session attendance.
• Submit a complete capstone project.

We reserve the right to revoke certificates in cases of academic dishonesty or violation of these Terms.

7. Conduct & Termination

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the program without refund for: harassment, sharing confidential content, misuse of AI tools, or any conduct that disrupts the learning environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is.” We are not liable for technical interruptions, third-party service outages (LiveKit, Supabase, AI providers), or indirect damages arising from program participation. Our total liability shall not exceed the program enrollment fee paid.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
